International purchasing (m/f/d) full-time

at the Kolbermoor site near Rosenheim on the beautiful spinning mill premises

 

Support the Mahlwerck Porzellan team as a buyer and use your engaging personality to ensure good supplier relationships and optimal stock levels. In addition, you keep an eye on the purchasing requirements, order goods at the right time in the appropriate quantity and thus ensure that our orders run smoothly. With analytical skills, commitment and reliability, you make a significant contribution to the perfect haptic advertising medium for our customers.

Your tasks:

– You are responsible for the management and procurement of all our goods requirements (including raw materials for production, consumer goods and consumables for the office and production, etc.).
– Obtaining cost estimates and negotiating contracts and prices with suppliers and partners in close collaboration with management
– Strategic planning and operational processing of the order
– Inquiries with suppliers at home and abroad for the implementation of projects
– Support for the continuous improvement and further development of procurement processes and structures
– Identification and implementation of savings potential
- Cooperation and coordination with colleagues from other departments
– Maintaining important supplier contacts and identifying new suppliers
– Quality assurance of the delivered goods, services and suppliers
– Preparation of detailed reports for supervisors for information purposes
– Master data maintenance and complaints processing

Your skills:

– Successfully completed commercial training
– At least 2-3 years of professional experience as a buyer or purchasing assistant
– Knowledge of procurement processes and supply chain management
- Independent, result-oriented way of working
– Knowledge of MS Office programs and ERP systems (merchandise management)
– Good knowledge of spoken and written English (other foreign languages ​​are an advantage)
– Stress resistance and high resilience even in hectic times
– Strong communication skills, organizational skills, negotiation skills and good social skills

Support the Mahlwerck Porzellan team as an order clerk and accompany our customers through the production process of promotional items. You coordinate the projects from placing the order to delivery and are always a competent contact for the customer. Your tasks:
